What We Offer
Premier Property Resources LLC performs the services you request and will provide an invoice for labor, material, and subcontractor costs along with a fifteen (15%) percent overhead markup. Labor will be invoiced at seventy-five ($75) dollars per hour. Services provided on weekends will be invoiced at one hundred ($100) dollars per hour and include a round-trip travel fee based on mileage ($.56/mile of a 20-mile radius from Burleson). Overhead will be based on the subtotal of labor charges plus material and subcontractor costs will be listed as a separate line item on your invoice. Payment will be due fifteen (15) days from the invoice date and a late fee of one and one-half (1.5%) percent per month will be added to past due invoice balances.
